shiva calls

fudge here. my father is sitting shiva at his parents' house in queens until tuesday at noon. he completes shiva at his home in Milwaukee on thursday morning. he has read all your words of comfort on the blogs and they comforted him greatly.

I'm really sorry to hear about this. I don't know what to say, but I hope that whatever is comforting to Jews in time of death is what you experience.

Sorry to hear of your loss. It's not an easy thing to deal with, I know from experience. Just keep taking deep breaths, and yes, keep the children close, they are like rays of light.....take care.
