Psychotoddler and Bean part 15: The Pictures

Parts 1-14 are organized nicely here by Doctor Bean.

The PT is not too happy to see us leaving at 6am.

The Frozen tarmack at Mitchell Field.

Dining with bloggers: L-R:
Mrs. Balabusta, Ball-and-Chain, Sophia, Anne of Inland Empress, Baby Lael (under the table), Brett of Dadtalk, Neil of Citizen of the Month, Doctor Bean. Not pictured: Psychotoddler (taking the picture)

You know how much I love sushi. But what you don't know is that I have no idea how to eat sushi. Especially with chopsticks.

The "after" picture.

Just keep swimming just keep swimming swimming swimming what do we do we swim....I tried 3 times to get a good picture of this Dori fish. My camera sucks.

The obligatory picture of the out-of-towner traveling down Doheny Drive. Crap! A bus!

Me and Russell Crowe run into Homestar Runner. Hilarity ensues.

Doctor Bean and Ball-in-Chain run into King Kong. Hilarity ensues.

It was a rough flight over...

Is it really that simple?

The p.t. doesn't look happy, but that kid in the background sure does!
Dr. and Mrs. Bean are quite attractive...they could pass for actors.
Isn't Universal the tackiest place on earth!!!

PsychoToddler said...

Yeah, Iguana doesn't seem too upset, does she? "More computer games for me!"

PsychoToddler said...

Believe it or not, Universal is not the tackiest place on earth.

That honor belongs to the Wisconsin Dells. But coming in a close second is Strong Bad's Mountridesplace, USA!

Cruisin-mom: Why, thank you!

I've been to the Wisconsin Dells...like 20 years ago and they were tacky then.

Went to Xanadu ("foam home of the future") and laid in a champagne-glass shaped bed. I wonder if that place is still there. Totally tacky!

I love the pictures. Post more!!

You, Homestar and Russell look like a publicity shot for the next big buddy/action movie!

Chopsticks- you need one hand dude, they aren't drumsticks. ;)

For the sake of all involved, I think we need to assume that for all eternity he will never be able to use chopsticks appropriately, due to an old war injury.

Okay, we can all move on now.

Um... where do I find the "Child Switch Room"?

to start with, hold both sticks in one hand...

More pics! More pics!

Sushi is about the only thing that is actually easy to use chopsticks for! (Now rice is another matter...)

Isn't it "great" eating sushi as fish swim around nearby? Sushi Mitsuyan has that too.

Ezzie said...

Oh yeah - forgot.

The classes before us would go on trips to places like Washington DC or skiing in Colorado. Us? The Dells. Harumph.

Great pics! Shhh...don't tell anyone, but I eat sushi with a fork.

PsychoToddler said...

OK, I have to say in my own defense, that in that picture I was mixing in the green stuff with the soy sauce. Also as soon as I picked up the sushi roll with my chopsticks, the whole thing fell apart.

Geeeez, don't you people have anything better to focus on than poor P.T.'s handling of the chopsticks? Having had no idea that Dr. and Mrs. Bean were so famous prior to this photo...I find THAT quite impressive. (by the way, P.T...after viewing your handling the of the chopsticks, I have just one question...you're not a surgeon, are you?)

Gotta love your "R.Crowe" pose.

Well, this is certainly a first--I never thought I'd live to see the day when there was *anything* I could do better with my hands than the PT family's one-person "computer tech support" and professional bass player. Not only can I eat with chopsticks, but, as a semi-ambidexterous southpaw, I can eat with chopsticks with *either* the left *or* the right hand. So there! [Bronx cheer/raspberry] :) :) :)

Those who haven't noticed this may find it amusing: Take your mouse and move the cursor over each photo, then check the captions at the bottom left of the blog page. You'll see such gems of photo naming as "ptpissed" and "sushinomore." As for the caption for that bus, you'll have to read that one for yourselves--I won't touch that one (literally). :)

Did you ask King Kong what he thought about his new movie?

PsychoToddler said...

Didn't have to. You couldn't swing a 12-foot banana without hitting someone talking up King Kong.

I fourth the motion for more pics! These are great. Not only did you meet bloggers, but got to pose with Homestar Runner AND Ruseell Crowe in the same pic. Who else can say they did that?

PsychoToddler said...

I gotta level with you guys.

The rest of the pictures suck.
