Except for this

My hands were so cold last night that by the time I got to the end of the last set, I could only play half the notes I wanted to play.

I wanted to play

DUM diggiDUM diggiDUM diggiDUM diggiDUM

but all I could get out was

It was too cold for the diggis.

Dum Dum Dum Dum

My husband the musical-pun-ster loves to drive me nuts by humming some oft-obscure tune until I figure out the connection between the tune and the discussion at hand (e.g., he hums "Tov l'hodot" whenever we talk about picking up take-out at Tov's Glatt Kosher Caterers). That being the case, he's an expert on old and obscure popular music, and he assures me that the above was the theme song to the ancient TV show "Dragnet."

Does he score any points?

That Homestar thingie to which Becky provided the URL was droll.
