Psychotoddler: I just gave Rose's Story a plug on Kerckhoff Coffeehouse. That should get you at least a reader or two (maybe).
I actually haven't read it yet. I have this anxiety/avoidance thing about reading non-fiction about horrible events. I put it off until I feel ready to jump in. I put off seeing Saving Private Ryan until a couple of weeks ago -- and that's just a movie. I will definitely read it, though, and I thank you for the time you're spending in transcribing it.
Well, this starts pretty light, but gets heavy fairly quickly. If you cry easy, DON'T watch the video!
My only problem with the format is that the posts are in reverse order. To get caught up you should use the navigation under Table of Contents or it's confusing.
Maybe somebody has some ideas how to format the site better.
As the blog administrator, you can edit each post and give fabricated dates/times for each one so that they appear in story order. You'll just have to make up a date farther and farther in the past with each additional post. I've never tried such a thing, but I think it should work.
I still want the new one to show up first, for people who are checking in.
My compromise has been to get rid of the "previous posts" section of the side bar and replace it with a "table of contents" which lists the posts in the correct order. But then I have to edit the template by hand. Clunky, but doable.
